Agustín has been an associate of the firm since 2022. His practice focuses on civil litigation, arbitration—both domestic and international—and competition law matters.

He obtained his law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2021, graduating with two votes of distinction. In 2025, he completed and passed a Postgraduate diploma in Civil Justice imparted by the Faculty of Law of the Universidad de Chile.

Since 2024, he has served as a teaching assistant for the Procedural Law course at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Previously, he was a teaching assistant in Criminal Law and Introduction to Intellectual and Industrial Property Law at the same institution.

Between 2018 and 2019, he worked as a paralegal at Pereira, Covarrubias, Montes Abogados, a law firm specializing in tax matters.
