Diego has been an associate of our firm since 2016. His practice focuses on litigation, arbitration and antitrust.

Diego studied at the Universidad de Chile School of Law, graduating with maximum distinction in 2018. He holds a Diploma in Competition Law and Policy from the Universidad de Chile (2018).

Since 2018, he has been an assistant in Procedural Law at the Universidad de Chile School of Law. Previously he was assistant in Civil Law at the Universities of Chile and Adolfo Ibáñez.

Diego is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.

Domestic arbitration. Construction Litigation. Successful representation of an international company in litigation associated with a construction project. USD $92 million.

Cartel. Representation of a tissue paper company in one of the most relevant collusion cases in the history of Chile before the Chilean Antitrust Court and the Supreme Court. 

Sanction proceedings. Successful representation of a transnational laboratory in sanction proceedings before the Chilean Antitrust Court.

Unfair competition. Successful representation in case of unfair competition against the leading company in the market for molded pulp products for packaging.
