José Joaquín has focused his professional career in two areas: He is an expert in litigation and arbitration, as well as in antitrust law. He has received multiple awards as one of the best lawyers in Chile in both areas for various international rankings.
PARTNER
Pablo is an expert in litigation and arbitration. He has vast experience in disputes before tribunals, Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court, as well as in local and international arbitration proceedings. Pablo is also a professor of Procedural Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
PARTNER
Karl has focused his practice on national and international arbitrations, both commercial and investment, based in various forums (ICSID, Permanent Court of Arbitration, ICC, CAM Santiago), and in litigation, mainly in the field of construction, oil and gas, energy, mining and financing. Karl has a Master of Laws (LLM) from Harvard University.
