Daniel has been an associate at our firm since 2025. His practice focuses on litigation, arbitration, and competition law.

Daniel completed his legal studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile, graduating with highest honors in 2022.

Additionally, in 2024 and 2025 he completed a postgraduate diploma in Competition Law at the Faculty of Law of Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, where he graduated with honors after achieving the highest academic performance in the program.

Previously, between 2023 and 2025, he worked as an associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice at Gutiérrez, Waugh, Jimeno y Asenjo.

Since 2021, he has served as a teaching assistant in Economic Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile. He previously served as a teaching assistant in Civil Law and Procedural Law at the same institution
