Litigation, Domestic and International Arbitration
Karl specializes in international and domestic arbitrations, and litigation, mainly in the field of construction, energy, mining and financing.
His recent experience includes national and international arbitrations based in various forums in Chile and abroad.
Karl has been an assistant of the Administrative, Constitutional and Roman Law courses at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Additionally, his work on international arbitration, power purchase agreements and liability has been published in Chile and abroad.
He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) at Harvard University.
Previously, Karl was an associate in the PPU arbitration team since 2016.
