Profile

Pablo is a lawyer and professor of Procedural Law. He specializes in dispute resolution, litigation and domestic and international arbitration and is member of the arbitration roter of Santiago’s Court of Appeals.

Pablo has vast experience as a litigator, successfully defending various Chilean and foreign clients, both in domestic and international arbitrations, and in litigation before tribunals and national courts.

Pablo has been recognized as an outstanding lawyer in Chambers & Partners, Leaders League, Legal 500, among others.

Before founding Ugarte & Correa in 2016, Pablo was a senior associate of the Arbitration group of Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU y Uría and in the litigation department of Baker & Mckenzie.
